Sprout was founded in 2021 by a group of entrepreneurial international students who were looking for a support organ for their ventures.
Now, the university of south-eastern Norway are funding Sprout yearly to help others who want to start a business.

Knut Langhelle
As CEO, Knut's responsibilities are developing the organisation and executing the strategy the board suggests.
Jostein Kaste
Jostein was responsible for our biggest project in 2024, namely mapping stundet entrepreneurship on all campuses of USN. He is studying to become an engineer on campus Vestfold.
Elizabeth Waaler
Elizabeth is the Sprout COO, overseeing the daily activities. She recently organized women in entrepreneurship, an event where female students at USN could meet and be inspired to thrive in a male dominated area. She is also studying economics and leadership in Vestfold.
